Calculator data

The painting labor calculator runs in your browser. Measurements, wages, rates, and other values you enter are not transmitted to or stored by FieldBid Tools.

Shared estimate links

The "Share with client" feature encodes your calculator inputs, and any job name or email you choose to add, directly into the link itself. FieldBid Tools does not receive, store, or log this information — the link only works because the data travels inside the URL you send. Avoid including private customer details beyond a job name, since anyone with the link can view it.

Standard website data

Our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and secure the website.

Analytics and advertising

FieldBid Tools may use analytics and advertising services, including Google services. These providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to measure usage and serve or personalize ads where permitted. Visitors may manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center.

Your choices and contact

You can restrict or delete cookies using your browser settings. Where required, a consent message will provide choices before non-essential cookies are used. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

How calculator use is designed to stay practical and minimal

The calculators are built to run in the browser so common estimating inputs can be changed without creating an account. Values such as square footage, wage assumptions, production rates, and crew size are used to update the result on the page. They are not submitted through a contact form or stored in a FieldBid Tools user profile.

Some browser features may save preferences locally on the visitor's device so the calculator is easier to use the next time. Clearing browser storage may remove those saved defaults. Standard hosting logs and Google services may still process technical data needed for security, performance, advertising review, and basic site delivery.

Visitors should not enter confidential customer names, addresses, contract values, or private employee information into free web tools unless they are comfortable managing that information on their own device.
